Bidrage med feedbackMonths ago, I tried this place for lunch. I remember eating the Blackened Chicken Penne and being completely shocked at how unbelievably good it tasted. Seriously, I started asking everyone around the table how good their meal was because mine was oneof the best I had ever had. So when my husband mentioned it as an option in the area we would be, I enthusiastically agreed. I'msorry to say the pasta was a bit of a let down. I felt a glimmer of my first pasta dish, but something was missing. It is stilla fine place to eat, but I can no longer say the pasta was the best I have ever had. The only thing I can say for sure is itlacks consistency based on my two experiences.
Extremely disappointed! Both my appetizer, the braised short ribs, and main course, the red fish, had so much salt they they were barely edible. Excellent presentation though, and my guava margarita was delicious. I'll give Caet a try, but I won'tbe coming back here anytime soon.
The tuna dinner was fantastic! I recommend ordering the burger medium rare if you want it cooked medium, but other than that, the burger was delicious. The atmosphere is lively and enjoyable without being overwhelming. The drinks were excellent, and the service was outstanding. We really loved our dinner!
The food was delicious, but the prices were seriously high given the portion sizes. I ordered the Redfish 463, which was tasty, but it barely filled the plate. When I’m spending over $30 on a meal, I expect to leave satisfied. My son had the steak, and the rumors are true—they clearly cook it for just a few minutes and then take it off the grill, regardless of how you requested it. It was still bleeding, but he made do with some steak sauce and handled it like a champ. My husband liked his Super Kobe burger, and my mother-in-law really enjoyed the rosemary fried chicken. The server was very friendly and recommended the special, which was crab claws. I later learned that they came with a special price tag of $32, but they were tiny and definitely not worth it.
The ambiance feels more like a cafeteria than a place that matches the quality of the food and prices. While the food is absolutely delicious, the drinks are just average. The atmosphere comes across as pretentious and forced. If it weren't for the outstanding food, I would rate this restaurant at most two stars. However, the scallops were truly extraordinary—definitely a must-try! Check out the photo!
