Domino's Pizza - Ridgeland

Ordered food for me and my family. Called 2 times to get an update because it’s been 2+ hours and the “manager” hung up on me and also my other family member. We will no longer be ordering from here! It’s ridiculous!

Ordered my food at 11:30 went to pick up my food and the store was closed. I reordered again the next evening and the delivery man said he didn’t have my lava cakes, then when he checked he dropped them in front of me when showing me his bag was empty. Maybe trying to steal it? Either way he never gave me cash back so I paid for it anyway. This guy is stealing

I absolutely loved this place. HOWEVER, I placed an online order, it went through. Said someone was working on it. THEN, they canceled it! No call. No text. I found out through the tracking app! I called the store and sat on hold for 39 minutes! I then sent a message through the app. Through Facebook and Twitter. Corporate was absolutely no help. Telling me to get in contact with the store. And then sending me an email telling me plain and simple, your money will be refunded. What? Seriously? Thank God for a local pizza place. You've lost a longtime customer. Absolutely ridiculous!

Placed order, credit card debited but they canceled my order without explanation. I called and long wait time...REP TELLS ME THEY DON 'T HAVE DRIVERS and my card will be refunded in 3-5 daysI received a free pizza coupon because I ordered and the 2 guys were in there extremely high to thepoint they forgot to cut my pizza and I got one big circle but still unable to use that coupon due to ERRORI am so over this place

The staff is fantastic, the shop is always clean Great franchise Kudos for being consistent and courteous. They have even thrown a couple pies in the oven at quiting time. Kudos
