China Lake Buffet - Ridgecrest

A few days ago, I had lunch here, and I was impressed by the friendliness and attentiveness of the waitstaff. The food was fresh and delicious, especially the new BBQ chicken dish on the menu. We will definitely be back soon!

The food was incredibly fresh and delicious. Even though I visited on a Tuesday at 3:00 PM, it’s clear that they take great pride in the quality of their dishes. I’ve tried several Chinese buffets with various small family-run places, but this one is the best I’ve encountered so far! Kudos to the chef!

The food is excellent, and there’s a wide variety of dishes to choose from. My personal favorites are the noodles and the sweet and sour pork—though I wish they offered chicken as well. The restaurant also has a selection of broths and soups, along with a salad and fruit bar. The only downside is that the staff can be a bit insistent about tips. Overall, it’s a great place to eat!
