Ma's Pizza Kitchen - Richmond

Super Supreme Pizza : Overall Good Ingredients i) Way too much cheese creating a soggy topping underneath. ii) Crust appears soggy, slightly oily /wet unevenly partially cut pizza slices. iii) Suggest eating within 15min after its made as cheese begins to harden.

Rude customer service. Emailed owners about poor experience and they never responded. Clearly an indication that they do not care.

The pizzas used to be delicious, but the quality has drastically declined in our recent visits. We won't be returning until they improve.

We regularly bought take aways from Ma’s and were always more than happy with the quality and taste of their pizzas. However one Friday in March all three purchased pizzas were bland and missing ingredients. The Heat Wave had zero meat on it but was supposed to have come with pepperoni. I wrote on their website and complained but nobody bothered answering me. I will not purchase from them again

We entered the restaurant on a public holiday, just 10 minutes before closing time, and decided to order what the employee recommended (the Butchers Block pizza). The pizza was fantastic, with delicious toppings and sauce. It was ready in the 15 minutes they promised, despite how busy they were and nearing closing time. The price was decent at $15.95. Overall, it was a great pizza experience.
