Kennedy Fried Chicken - Richmond Hill

After a long day traveling around New York City, used to get off the subway on 111th St. I could smell The fried chicken from a mile away. We ordered 15 pieces with fries and corn on the cob with lots and lots of hot sauce on the side. The food was very crispy and flavorful. We even came back the next day for dessert and more chicken because we couldn't forget about it. Highly recommend the chicken!

The carrot cake and the chicken over rice here is really good

Terrible and disgraceful customer service! Completely ignored me and took others in front. (I was told to specifically wait to the side. I thought it was an off day. Nope! Did the exact same thing weeks later. To top it off, they claimed to not have anymore of a certain cut of chicken, yet, it was right there! Avoid going there at all costs. There are other chicken stores who treat people with common courtesy and decency. The food is nothing to write home about.

I know no one from the store or the owner will see this or reply to this, because they don’t care enough for their customers, The service was horrible. He is making the store lose customers, I was there today around 6:30, and I want to ordered one veg burger and one large fries, that’s all, then the guy asked what kind of large, lol never heard that question anywhere before, then I told him large, what do you mean what kind of large, then he started making mean comments like large fries for you, I should look out what I eat, eating that will make me fat, he was body shaming me?. Then he goes like do you even speak English do you understand what I’m saying, there was another person working, the ruse guy told the other person can you explain her what I’m saying, she is so dumb, just because I have an accent doesn’t mean I speak the same language as the other guy who was working there, the other guy was nice enough to explain to me that there is large and there is jumbo large, then I told him you gotta be more specific when you offer someone something, just because I said that , he canceled my order, he said no food for that, I had a long day at work, I just wanna get some food and go home and eat, and that’s how I got treated , I understand probably he also have long day at work, doesn’t mean he can treat people like that.

Horrible serviceThe guy today was very rude.I order 100 pieces of chicken he insisted I paid for the order before pick up.When I get there to pick up the order my order wasn’t ready and he had the nerve to say I’m taking his meat.He gave me all the remnants.
