I was so upset when I got my food, I didn't even feel like I was going back in and dealing with it. Worst-flügel experience I ever wish I had just got my money back.
Terrible! order for delivery per day before. I didn't get two of the items in my order. the pommes were only sat in the bag, open and falling over the bag. they were fat and cold, the wings I ordered were the wrong sauce. the delivery was 30 minutes too late. When I called, I was told that I had to come to get the missing things. could not, had people for a working day and could not go. She asked for a refund and was told she could ask for it, she couldn't do it. I'll get my money back! first visit. last visit. update: I have upgraded from a star. the overall experience was still bad, but I contacted company thru their website. they're back to me right away. they have reimbursed my entire order not only the missing items, nice to see an appealing company.
I recently posted about a bad experience at Wingstop. the food and service were still bad but I have chosen to revise my rating based on corporate customer service. I contacted them online. they refunded my entire order not just the missing items. it's nice to see a responsive compan.
If you order online, add on another 30-45 min to your pickup time. Try to keep giving it another chance but they are constantly behind. I understand high volume, but it's been like this for years.
Walked in, they looked understaffed. One of the workers, a heavy set woman walked up to the counter two to three times, said nothing to me or the people that walked in behind me. After about 5-10 minutes, a male worker comes up to counter, asks who is picking up an order, then says they are not taking anymore orders. Sorry, we 're busy and can 't take any more orders at the moment, would have been greatly appreciated 5-10 minutes ago or any of the other 3 times the fat lady came to the counter.
