Starbucks - Richmond Heights

They can't even figure out how to give you the appropriate discounts for bringing your own coffee mug which is crazy considering their prices. Also I'm never sure that they can get an order right so I'm not even sure what's in the drinks.

It's been years since I've been to Starbucks. It's only gotten better. Still a bit pricey but sometimes you just need it done right.

Moe is wonderful! What a delight it is to encounter such good-natured and helpful individuals especially in the services industry. Not only was the service she provided my wife and I just great, I witnessed her deliver professional, attentive, and competent service to everyone she served during my short stay. She made everyone feel welcomed. Moe, thank you for the great service!

Lots of employees working but only one person making coffee. Not busy at all, but rudely said short staffed and it took 15 minutes. Most Starbucks have making coffee quickly down to a science.....sadly not this one.
