Bidrage med feedbackI ordered online and picked up my food and when I came home, they had forgotten to give me my soup so I had to go back all the way and when I informed them about the problem and asked that I should get a little extra for the extra trip, they were very rude and unapologetic to me and very dismissed with their answer. Terrible customer service.
This location looks and feels very run down. Tables were dirty, not up to Bread Co. standards. Food was ok. Suggest closing it and redoing everything from scratch.
The food is always good and I didn't have to wait long maybe 7 minutes no more than 10 minutes ?Parking: Parking is always availableWheelchair accessibility: There's a plenty of wheelchair spaces
Very nice! The food is great And the wait time not long at all. Plus I ordered on their kiosk so it made it a lot faster.
This review is based on my very first visit that I had when I went to Missouri at this particular location which is attached to a shopping mall. The crew working here that I had to interact with was pleasant. I did choose to dine in here for my lunch and while doing so is when the entire location witnessed a very rude, loud and disrespectful customer all his family stood in back of him watching him act this way. The crew once again kept their composure while also warning the customer of his behaviors but at the same time had to ask Security to escort him out of the location. I would not blame this experience on making a decision to visit this location again as I feel that I would stop in and have a bite to eat. I chose a half sandwich soup and chip meal this particular day and of course my favorite Green tropical tea drink. All in all a fair location
