Yen Ching - Richmond

New to the area and we?ve been looking for a good Chinese restaurant and this one did not make the cut. They didn?t follow the directions that we asked for when it came to our fried rice. They told the driver that we didn?t pay for the food, even though I did online. Our fried rice was just steamed rice with soy sauce?nothing fried. For the amount of money we paid, we expected a lot more, flavor, experience, and quantity wise?..it was all a disappointment.

I have been coming here for years and the food is consistently delicious and fresh. Yen Ching is my favorite Chinese food joint, hands down. I recently moved to Virginia Beach, but I always stop here when I'm in the area. Nothing compares to their honey crispy chicken.

The food is always delicious, but this was the first time I actually ate inside the restaurant for lunch on a weekend. I ordered a coke with little ice and received this half-filled glass with flat coke about 20 minutes after ordering (and after being reminded about your forgotten drinks. We received our appetizer and food before out drinks, including water). When the coke arrived, there was no carbonation. The food was great, but the service was okay even though it wasn't

????First time never again!. Ordered for a trusted employee leaving. Very disappointed to serve them this stale food with old greasy shrimps, noodles and stale smelly rice. ???? yikes.
