Taco Bell - Richmond

When i asked for extra mild packets, the black GUY was starring at us lol!I mean what we did the wrong man, we PAID for the food so of course, we gonna ask you for it and you just provide it nicely! Bro come on I mean you are getting 10 or 11$ per hour and you doing that thing? Not good at allI never had this kind of experience before

Either the beef was uncooked or expired, but there was definitely something not right. Placed a Doordash order at 2:35pm yesterday, it was semi big order with their new chicken box, taco and burrito party pack, some Cinnabons and a Crunchwrap supreme. It started with my Crunchwrap supreme, the beef was off tasting and looked a bit light in color. I asked everyone about their stuff and same thing. Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures, but upper management needs to be on their backs about this. I ended up throwing up and having a stomach ache, that wanted me to throw up all throughout the night. Please make sure you're putting out fully cooked food. The extra star is for the chips, because I've never tasted freshly made chips and it was really amazing. Never understood why they sold those chips that were usually cold or soggy until now.

This location is always slow, today we had to wait 10 mins at the first window. The food was just thrown together sloppily, all of the shells wet slimy. Overloaded with tomatoes and very little sour cream on one end of the taco. Employees need better training. I wouldn't recommend eating here.

The food is usually fine but sometimes they mess up your order. about 1/3 of the staff is really nice and the others couldn't care less. They also close early a lot for seemingly no reason and don't tell anyone beforehand, so I've waited in line as long as 15 minutes just for them to say they're closed. Also the breakfast doesn't start until 8am which is pretty inconvenient for anyone who works regular hours.

I often get delivery due to crazy work hours but also go there when I can. In 3 years, only one of my vegetarian orders had beef and I can tell it was a honest mistake. Everyone is so nice and helpful even when there’s a wait. Black bean chalupa is my fav!
