Subway - Richmond

I was disappointed with the service at this restaurant. They did not pay attention to my order, so my sandwich was made incorrectly. When I brought it back, they refused to fix the mistake. I had to eat it as is, and by the time I realized the error, I was already in Kansas City.

When I visited The Load, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant. The two young men working there were very polite and provided excellent service.

I love the chicken teriyaki sandwich from this place! The staff who prepared our sandwiches did an excellent job. I really appreciate when workers put in the effort to make a good sandwich.
