I come here every once in a while and every time I do service is lacking. I usually just let it go but the last visit I had was just horrible. I ordered a large pho and an order of spring rolls. I was served my pho very quickly but no rolls. I asked the server to please check on the rolls and he said he would. 15 minutes go by and I see the server conversation with other staff so I try to get his attention again and that's when he goes to the back and brings out the rolls. My problem is not that the rolls took a while but that even after asking it did not look like the server checked or did anything about it when I asked.

Literally my absolutely favorite pho location. fast service, great food. this place has the best bun bo hue i’ve tried anywhere and their broken rice dish with pork chops is also perfection!

The rest of the Richmond Phõ scene is going to compete with the amazing food and vibe here! The atmosphere is hip, and trendy. There’s a Tea Cafe at the front and full service Vietnamese restaurant.
