Ice cream is great! Love all the creations. However the staff is seriously lacking customer service skills. I feel like it’s a chore ordering and I have to explain repeatedly what I want to order. Would say this just started happening within the last couple months.Most recent trip I was told that they couldn’t cut up a waffle which I have had done countless times before.Also their napkins feel like literal printer paper.

The workers opened an hour early to serve me and my family. Great service and even better ice cream.

The banana pudding ice cream is amazing! Waffle bubble cones are delicious! Very friendly staff!!
