Ninja Japanese Cuisine - Richmond

My family and I were VERY pleased with our take out order from here. Food was 5/5... except for a hand roll that my sister said had a very fishy taste to it but I will still give a 5/5 just because my bento box hit the spot and I loved the variety. It was teriyaki chicken, CA roll, salad, and miso soup! All the sushi rolls we ordered were delicious as well and didn't have too much rice like a lot of sushi places make them. They also were able to make a roll that my son specially requested! They also made sure to not include crab on a roll for my nephew who has a high seafood allergy. I appreciate them for accommodating those requests.

We came on a Saturday night and surprisingly this place was not packed. The food is good and reasonably priced. Ambiance is neutral with very light music which is nice, very clean. Food came out fast and was great.

Service was not good I've been here 3 times and all times I've had to hunt down the waiter more than once and then to get a ticket I was very patient and waited a while before searching the sushi in my opinion is not good doesn't taste as fresh as other places I've gone to

My boyfriend and I came here expecting a long wait during lunch. We came inside and were served immediately; the food came quick and we were even given a roll on the house! Sherri was our server and was extremely kind and hospitable. The food was EXCELLENT. It was beautifully presented and exceeded our expectations. We would come back again and again if we didn't live so far away. What an incredible restaurant; 5 stars!

Seriously great people here. They are always so nice and accommodating. I love the tempura vegetables... the sweet potato and broccoli are my favorite. The bento boxes are a favorite of the bigger kids...and the adults from time to time. Our favorite rolls are the Anniversary roll -hot beef on top...and the iceberg roll- simple yet delish. There's another I can't remember the name but it's shrimp tempura inside and crawfish on the outside. This is my go to place. It doesn't disappoint.
