Kfc - Richmond

The taste and customer service are consistently excellent at this restaurant.

Long John Silver is a thing of the past. The restaurant now serves typical KFC items such as chicken, coleslaw, and corn. I do miss the potato wedges, but I definitely don't miss the soggy corn on the cob.

Got order of chicken strips. Tiny little strips no napkins no spoon! **** poor.

This KFC location is always one I am glad to come to. Manager has always been top notch. But it's the flavor of that chicken that when it is not too soggy, is simply delicious. 4/5 is the fair rating.

This restaurant is a disaster. They were really slow in getting orders out even though there were no customers dining inside and only 4 cars in the drive-thru. The cars were stuck and couldn't move.
