Dairy Queen - Richmond

Our blizzard was melted and the rude old man M D Batan argued with us and refused to remake it. In the time that he insisted it wasn’t melted he could’ve just made a new one. He said “do you have more money for a new one?” Like oh my god bro just make a new one instead of wasting both of our times being a ****?? I guess he has nothing better to do but to be miserable and make things difficult for people.

Good food my grandkids love this place specially the Blizzard as dessert ?

I use to like this Dairy Queen but they have went down tremendously…. Service is terrible, disrespectful, unprofessional, unsanitary; I can go on on. They need a full blown reboot.Ohh, and they didn’t turn my blizzard upside down before handing it to me. Can we stick with the cool tradition, please! Lol

Food was hot but lacked flavor. Customer Service at Counter was non existent. Wont be back to this location.
