Bidrage med feedbackUPDATE: February 25, 2022 - It's a mixed bag. There was a sign indicating that some items were unavailable. My parents ordered Thousand Island dressing for their salads, but the waitress later informed them that it was out of stock, so they opted for Honey Mustard dressing instead. The food was still good, though! I had the Southwestern Eggrolls, which were hot, delicious, and just as tasty and spicy as I remembered. UPDATE: April 16, 2022 - I received a reward on the app for a free birthday dessert since my birthday is next week. I redeemed it for a slice of cheesecake and also ordered Cajun Pasta with Chicken and a Coke Zero. Everything was delicious! UPDATE: June 8, 2022 - I tried the Loaded Potato Soup and the Loaded Double Burger from the lunch menu. Both were good! I must have been really hungry because I started eating the Double Burger before I remembered to take a picture, but I snapped one after I realized. My parents felt a bit sorry for our waitress since she was pregnant and seemed quite far along; it probably wasn't the best time for her to be working. UPDATE: October 12, 2022 - For this visit, I ordered the Triple Dipper with Southwestern Egg Rolls, Big Mouth Bites, and Fried Pickles. Everything was delicious! I love sampling a variety of dishes, and I got to do just that today!
I really enjoy Chili's! Our waitress was fantastic; she handled the roles of hostess and server, and even cleaned her own tables. I think she might have been the only one working during our visit. It wasn't too busy when my wife and I stopped by for lunch, but I noticed that people are beginning to see that this restaurant is having trouble finding staff. It seems like they’re having a tougher time compared to other restaurants in the area.
The food was excellent, but the service was quite slow. I ordered a beer, and by the time I finished my meal, it took over half an hour to get my second beer. We were having a family gathering with a group of 12, but it was still early in the evening around 5:00 PM, and the restaurant wasn't very busy. This is why I can only give them 2 stars.
I blame the management. Service is good one day bad the next. Our server decided to skip our table take the order of a couple that came more than 5 minutes after we did. I calmly told her that we were seated first, she said: Sorry, but we don 'thave enough staff . My wife was too hungry to go somewhere else she ordered her usual. I didn 't want to reward bad service soI didn 't eat or drink. My wife 's food came in a timely manner tasted good but she was not given silverware or napkins. I stoodup quietly asked the server to tell me if my wife has everything she needs to eat she said yes! I pointed out what wasmissing the server said: Ooh, I usually do that first . Some people refuse to accept responsibility but I believe this serveralso thinks this job is beneath her. I usually give a very good tip but today I only gave 18%.
Had dinner tonight, with girlfriend. first thing was the dirty silverware, common issue, not a big deal, ordered the 3 for me, got the lime steak. When it arrived at the table, it was Raw! The waitress and staff was fine, talked to the Manager, and heremoved the steak, but still charged for the drink and appetizer.. Charles was the Manager and was nice, just bad experienceand knowing the current staff sent the meal out like that! 2 stars for the manager and waitress, it would have been zero stars!!
