Very poor service. has been ignored several times as if they were not there

The service was very slow and there were not many people there. our waters were never filled again and we had to get our waitress down to get a cocktail. this is the time I have eaten here with a fairly similar experience. I'm not going back.

They had no reservations in my name when I was there?

Caturra on grove is a high energy site. it is a place for a fun meal to go with friends who don't make much noise. eating is very good, no skin food, simply good eating like a large quinoa bowl, excellent Tuscan panini, and the hard fish was also excellent. good value for her money. a great fun place. I do not recommend it for someone with hearing difficulties because the noise level is quite high. they will see that people have a very good time! our waiter was excellent.

Understaffed. We got our own napkins. Silverware and water. We had to ask twice for our drinks. It was terrible. Food was good. Staff was so overworked
