Lakeside Country Cafe - Richmond

We had lunch, and it was delicious! The portions were generous. I would definitely recommend the nut roast—it's the best I've ever tasted!

Excellent café! The food is delicious and reasonably priced. I can hardly believe all the wonderful new changes they’ve implemented. There are beautiful outdoor seating areas and plenty of space for children to move around. It's a fantastic family-friendly café that’s also dog-friendly. We always make a point to visit whenever we’re in the area. The new owners are lovely and always eager to make sure everyone is happy.

The staff at this restaurant are extremely friendly, and they even welcome dogs! The coffee is excellent, and the desserts are outstanding. I've visited several times in recent weeks, and I have truly enjoyed my experiences. The cozy little shop inside offers a great selection of craft beers and gins as well.

Saturday morning breakfast. stir eggs on muffin were boiled to perfection, sausage with roasted egg on white roll was huge (and tasty) traditional yorkshire breakfast had some of the biggest sausages at all and the vegan breakfast (not shown on the menu specifically but readily available on request) was great, nothing would change in it. the staff was great, friendly and went out of the way to make us welcome. had not waited long since there was no waiting queue when we arrived at 9:30, but shortly after that it was out. obviously popular, but much space inside and outside.

Really friendly staff and great food at affordable prices. On the entrance gate says closed Mondays and Tuesdays but was open today. Must ask about new opening hours.
