Vino Volo - Richmond

The place was very busy.. while we were paying I was told one of their servers didn't show. The servers were actually running to help people. The food was actually tasty. The pizza is not microwaved and it was perfect for a light lunch for two.

$16 for the tiniest avocado toast, and it’s not fresh, it’s like the avocado dips from Costco spread SO thin you can barely taste it. The bread was not fresh could have used a steak knife to make cutting it easier, and the juice was a concentrate that tasted off.Avoid this place

Cheyenne made sure my experience was great. The little things matter and keeping staff around that ensures that guests enjoys their short visit with them is super important. You have a great employee.

We came during a very busy time and it seemed there were only 3 people working. All three were running their legs off trying to take care of everyone. I appreciated their hard work!!! The food was fantastic! We ordered a salad and a gluten free meat lovers pizza (and ordered a second one after we ate the first Lol! . The poor servers were trying their best to accommodate everyone with many complaints. It is amazing how, when you are not in a hurry, you see others and how hard they are trying. Encouragement is a lot more powerful than criticism. Thank you for a delicious meal, Vino Volvo staff!!!Dietary restrictions: The gluten free meat lovers pizza was delicious!

Before our flight we wanted something light and a great wine to pair with it. Our server Chey was very informative and was able to give us just that. We had two flights, definitely recommend these !!! We also found we were given great service considering the big rush. Thank you for the great experience Vino Volo, we’ll be back!
