Subway - Richmond

Indian lady with red hair is very rude and unprofessional.I guess asking for few more jalapeños are too much work for them or costing it from their paycheque or something. She's always talking while making food with no mask on, which is very disgusting. Also she made fun of me because i ran google translator while she was making my sandwich and conversation between her and her co worker was about humiliating about me in their own languageVery racistVery rudeVery unprofessional

I thought it might have been my imagination, but noticed it a few times I went in. I always had the same server. She was rude and angry with me, but very kind with everyone else. I think she was discriminating against my skin colour, as that is the only thing that I could see was different between me and the other people. I won’t go back, as she makes me feel like I shouldn’t be there and I am bothering her.

Staff are very disrespectful and rude. They don’t care about their customers

Once I visited a brown staff assumed me I stole a bag of chips and she starting calling me an Asian dude and told me go back to my country pls shut down the store, such a disrespectful staff and never going there every again

Are all subways the same? Maybe the food, but this location has a team of employees that are just good people.
