Bidrage med feedbackI was here last year , I do not like it that much ,noisy , ,poor food quality , location is not that great , they did a update renovation and change the restaurant name to Tang ' ' same owner !, and now very modern bright , they reopen few weeks ago ,very happy to see the safety plan nicely done , ,social distancing only operating 50 capacity ,menu is over size ,too many items on the menu ,also they use the QR code for the menu ,great concept , it is not your average l Vietnamese restaurant , it is a 100 street food from fried fog ,grilled squid salty egg and friend, shrimp ,and the quality is 100 street cooking .it is my flavour food , the Pho and the broth nothing special ,,but the fried dishes is amazing delicious ,very fresh quality ingredients ,price a little expensive comparing most Vietnamese restaurants ,,over all ,very classic comfort food , I will be back if I am in the area to try the Crab and Hot pot , for 4 of us ! almost $200 ,! for Pho ? but worth every penny , ,very traditional Vietnamese Street food ,service is very friendly , , drop by and got to try the grilled squid !
The restaurant jut went through some cosmetic renovation and the dining area is now with contemporary setting...simple, bright and clean. The food typical Vietnamese and their spring rolls are crispy. The price is very reasonable.
Not many Vietnamese restaurants have vegan pho. We were delighted that this place had this option and plus made us great vegan slushies ! Great friendly service and delish food. Also very affordable
We really enjoyed the spring rolls and the house special beef noodle soup at this restaurant. However, finding parking along Alexandra Road can be a bit of a challenge.
During our stay at La Quinta hotel, we asked the front desk for dining recommendations and they suggested Pho 99, which was affordable and conveniently located within walking distance. I ordered the Lemon Grass Chicken dish, which was served on a bed of rice and it was delicious. I would definitely dine there again, especially for the convenience of being able to walk to it.
