Peach Earl grey cake- 6” about $70.It’s not the greatest or anything exceptional but it’s not the worst. A bit more cream than we would like but overall, it’s ok.Their customer service isn’t as terrible as people have mentioned. They get right to the point and waste no one’s time.

Ordered the Mango Slide Cake, the texture is so good, especially the cream very smooth and not too sweet. Highly recommend ?

I thought this was 造型 cake at the price charged $70 before tax. I ordered sailmoon for my 6 year old daughter birthday. At pick up it was ordinary cake and they give a plastic toy (sailor moon on the side which could be bought $2 3 from eBay or dollar store. The words happy birthday xxxx was poorly written (very ugly writing also I have not seen a bakery shop's writing so ugly before. Moreover, the ugly happy birthday sign melted before the birthday singing celebration (see photo attached . It’s an ordinary cake that any regular cake shop make for 1/3 of the price. The same cake in other well known and tasty asian bakery for this high quality ingredient and same flavour (Mango cake would cost $28, not $70. And the writings in other bakery shop are elegant and pretty not like how a kindergarten writes. After 4 days, a big chunk of this leftover cake is still sitting at the fridge because no one wants to eat it. This is a very disappointing purchase experience. I absolutely would NOT recommend this bakery to anyone! Stay away.

I’ve been buying cakes from this place for just over a year. It was always for special occasions. However, I walked pass today as I was waiting for my dinners to be ready. I bought two slices of cake ? and received exceptional customer service, which’s rare for a lot of Asian stores.? But when I had the cake it was tasting bitter and off? like the fruits was sitting there for too long. Anyways, the young lady threw away the entire cake? offered me a refund right away? that makes me feel assured regarding food safety and for all the future purchases!!

Worst experience ever. We entered the store at 8:20pm and the staff told us that they had finished clearing out so they didn't want to sell us anything. I insisted that we could pay with WeChat so that we didn't need to do cash clearance again before we got the cake. Their attitude was the worst of all the problems. If they didn't want to waste time waiting until the end of the day, they could have closed the store earlier. More importantly, I had my friend hold the cake the whole way home and it was still ruined because of the worst packaging I've ever seen. Don't go there or your time and money will be wasted.
