Mcdonald's - Richmond

"What is this in my burger? And they frequently forget something when using the custom drive-thru."

The restaurant's concept of using bulge-like hard drives as a unique serving method is admirable, but the execution falls short. It was frustrating to watch the staff struggle to locate tables while our food grew cold. The cashier failed to provide a receipt, and upon receiving my order, the manager had difficulty remembering all the items. I had requested a scrambled egg, but received two overcooked sunny-side-up eggs instead. The coffee was lukewarm.

I ordered a large coffee with 2 creams and a muffin through the drive-thru. They gave me black coffee and did not include a paper napkin in the bag. Are paper napkins expensive now? I usually have to request one before receiving a generous amount. This is not the kind of service we expect!

This McDonald's location is the most beautiful in Richmond. We always go to the dining area where the children's playground was located for a bit of rest and tranquility. It still worries me why the staff refuses to get the tables... until the cartridges run around with trays in their hands looking for a clean table.

Great breakfast burritos and salsa. Also had their hash brown and pomegranite and blueberry smoothie. Everything was great!
