McDonald's - Richmond

We were impressed with the new team at McDonald's serving us today. The McMuffin meals we usually order weekly were the best we've ever had. Each McMuffin was neatly wrapped and placed in the takeout bag, stacked perfectly and not lopsided. The McMuffin bun was thicker and softer than ever before. For the first time, the takeout bag had everything, including ketchup for hash browns. The service was friendly and responsive. The only downside was that the orange juice seemed very watered down. Keep up the good work!

Please remember to check your take-out order before you go!!! I ordered 2 Mighty McMuffins and picked them up at driver-thru. Since it (the bag) seems so light when the staff passed it to me, I parked my car and checked. It was so ridiculous thats nothing inside in both muffins.I went back to the restaurant and letting them know. They seems didnt believe me and asked You got it with nothing?? . They never apologized for the mistake and just made me other 2 Mighty McMuffins.

We are working at a nearby construction site and often stop by for coffee or breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately, my order has never been accurately fulfilled. This morning I ordered a sausage and egg McGriddle, but received two McGriddle buns with a Junior Chicken patty inside instead. The drive-thru employees are consistently rude and seem more concerned with rushing customers through than getting their orders right. Even when I tried bringing up an issue with my order, I was told it was my fault for not speaking clearly enough. This McDonald's location in the metro Vancouver area is one of the worst I have experienced, and it seems that the owner is not concerned due to the high volume of traffic from Knight Street and its location near the airport.

Whoever designed this location should be forced to drive here and eat everyday. Not for drivers. Very limited parking, whatever stalls are available is for mobile and most stalls are reserved for another business. If you're patient enough to sit through the drive through hope you get the correct order unlike myself who found out there were no soft drinks available, and that's all I ordered.

Average atmosphere for a small fast food joint. ZERO VEGETARIAN OPTIONS. Excellent service and location. Please get some decent menu options.Kid-friendliness: Two clean high chairs were available.
