Kung Fu Noodle - Richmond

This restaurant is small in size, but the food is top-notch. It's a noodle house, so don't be fooled by the menu only listing fried kung fu noodles with beef - they can also be made with chicken, fish, or pork, just ask. The medium portion is actually quite small, but you can customize each dish with different proteins. The service is pleasant and the prices are reasonable. We tried the soup and noodle dish, but the noodle dish alone would have been enough for both of us. The portions are generous.

We only ordered take-out food, which arrived quickly. We had pasta with meat sauce and 5 spice beef. The noodles appeared to be handcrafted and had a beautiful texture, and the sauce was delicious. The 5 spice beef was an unexpected surprise - it was thinly sliced cold cuts. The flavor was nice, but the quality of the beef could have been better.

I was eager to try this restaurant, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. I ordered the Lamb Chow Mein with Cumin, which should have been good, but it was not. The dish was filled with too many onions and cabbage, and the supposedly hand-made noodles were overly gummy. Additionally, the extra item I ordered never arrived, yet it was still included on the bill. The service was mediocre, as they only removed the item after I mentioned it, without offering any apology. With so many other superior Chinese restaurants to choose from, I will not be returning to Kung Fu Noodle. If DreamWorks happens to notice their logo resemblance to Po and the subpar food, they may want to consider seeking legal advice or returning to their original location.

Love for lunch on this place you eat is exceptional, especially the hand-cut nudel. parking is really hard to find for the small plaza, sometimes I have to park somewhere else and go to foot here. tge is only on the bottom of the service. the service is missing, overall I would recommend this restaurant. best nudel in richmond!

We wanted to eat at the weekend in the cattle cafe on the alexandra road. but we were surprised to see that it was replaced by another caffe. so we went to kungfu noodle next door with the tuning of the young. nanzaro ordered the kungfu dark fried rice. this is more like the Malaysian style fried rice. nanzaro said he even felt a hauch of belacan in him.
