Domino's Pizza - Richmond

We order Take Out fairly regularly from this Domino's location and have had no issues The staff are always friendly and competent.

Domino's is the pizza equivalent of an unenthusiastic handjobI mean, you're not going to turn it down but you'll also feel kinda crappy for partaking.

Wicked pizza, drivers are quick and friendly Rarely do I order pizza from anywhere else in Vancouver.

We ordered from Domino's about a few months ago and the order was completely wrong and awful, so having ordered for a decade from them we found this unusual and called to follow up. Domino's exercised some good PR and got us off the phone with the belief the next order was on them, well it WASN'T. They lied, the next order was once again wrong and awful, no drinks, no dips, and to add insult to injury an extra cold cheese pizza?!? I called to complain and was told the extra cold pizza was on them as compensation! NO JOKE! The manager she really didn't get my frustration, we don't want your cold cheese pizza, we aren't seven years old, and we also ordered and paid for drinks and dip!!! The manager put it back on us and said she made it with her own hands-SO? then whats your excuse for this exactly? Didn't make any sense, found it a really creepy actually, not sure I ever want that person making my pizza ever again, in fact I'm certain I don't. I asked for a refund and was instructed to call the next day to have that organised, the manager the next day after twenty minutes of insisting I didn't want my "next order on them" said a driver would bring it out in the afternoon which turned in to the manager (Ravish?sp.) stating he would drive it out in the evening, anyways, a whole day wasted waiting for a refund THAT NEVER CAME. Sadly a horrible dinning experience the night before, followed the next day by further deceit and disappointment... what a shame, this place was awesome for damn near a decade now very downhill!!! beware!

Home deliver is good, the location is a small pick up your pizza spot, not much in terms of a restaurant. Food is standard pizza delivery quality.
