Boston Pizza - Richmond

I Love this location!!! Great staff, spectacular service! Lisa the manager is awesome! Myself and the KIA staff go here all the time, and never have any complaints. Food is yummy too, and when I get deliveries, they're always quick, and very friendly! Alan, Trish Jaclyn are the bomb! No complaint's from this place!

I would like to thank Jaclyn, Community Relations Coordinator, Jeff the Magician and our wonderful server Cissy for making my daughter's 7th birthday party a success. All the kids enjoyed decorating their chef hats, making their own pizzas and Jeff's magic tricks. They had a great time and couldn't stop talking about the party afterwards. I would recommend BP's kids party package to all parents.

Excellent Service, even though they are busy we did not wait that much of our order. Our server is very nice and she checked our table from time to time. She served our additional order and request so quickly.

They got five star because they kept it simple. Quick attentive service. Food cooked perfect. Got our channel on the tv's we needed and beer was ice cold. Cant ask for more than that�

Boston Pizza Ackroyd has stepped it up another notch by hiring individuals with special needs and have accommodated their needs while allowing them to grow and learn and develop essential skills for being an employee. In a city where it's hard enough to find a job, it's even harder when you have special needs. So I am so proud of BP for being an active member in our community and for Allan MacGregor for hiring, supporting and embracing the new hires.
