Every time we went there at 7:30, they said they already closed where google said 8:00. Hardworking staff lol

This location in Lansdowne Centre in Richmond Bc needs more staff as well as good customer service. They seem to be out of supply like table napkins for their customers. They charge .30 cents for a cup of water but the last time i bought it was now .49 cents . What i reap off they dont provide a receipt too.

I’ve come here on two separate occasions(once at 6:30pm and another at 6:16pm) and both times they said they are closed. Their hours say 7pm and I can understand closing early sometimes if it’s slow but this seems to be more of a consistent thing. The lights are on and all the signage is up. There is a worker there just sitting behind the counter on their phone, turning people away.

Very bad customer service, I go there couple of times a week and always wrong order, cold food and I told her that but nothing has been changed at all! Not recommended location at all

The best burger chain in town and good service too! Yummy. The fries were freshly made and so crunchy outside!! ???
