888 Northern Cuisine - Richmond

We have visited this restaurant three times and each time my family has thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food. The portions are generous and the flavors are fantastic. My children especially love the steamed dumplings and can't get enough of them. We recently brought a family friend along for dinner and they also loved the food. We will definitely be returning for more. I highly recommend making a reservation if you plan on dining here!

This restaurant is always bustling, but it's one of my top picks. If you make a reservation in advance, they have limited spots available each day, but they can't accommodate large groups. Each dish is served piping hot as soon as it's ready. The speed of your service will vary depending on how crowded the restaurant is.

We absolutely loved the Soup Dumplings at this restaurant! We decided to have dinner here on New Year's Eve and our party of five managed to get a table without a reservation, which was lucky. Everything we tried was delicious, from the Green Onion Pancake to the Cucumber Salad, which was fresh and tart. The Pot Stickers were also delicious, and the Chicken dish was divine. This place is a must-visit establishment, so definitely check it out if you can!

This was an AMAZING place. The food was some of the best we had while on a trip to the area. We went for just dumplings and we were rewarded. They were probably the best dumplings we have ever had. It is really great that you can also see them making the dumplings while you are at your seat. It makes it a great experience. The price was very reasonable. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. We got there when the restaurant was opening and there was already a queue. So reservations are probably required. So worth it. GREAT food. The staff while busy were pleasant and kept the dumplings coming when we kept on ordering new rounds.

The soup dumplings here are really good, along with most of the items we tried! The service is really nice and the place is clean! Would definitely recommend! Be warned they do they rather busy!
