Worst customer service, I don’t understand why it should take 15 mins to take an order I was literally the only one in line ? Lady had her earbuds in and completely ignoring me as I motioned for her to take my order . Everytime I come here I order a crepe and everytime it takes 20 -30 mins ... I don’t understand. Why have something on the menu when u tell me it’s going to take 30 mins to make because the crepe stove is always off . WORST customer service would not recommend if ur need a cookie on your bad days

SO MANY TASTY TREATS!!!?????? Almost too many to choose from. Cookies and ice cream galore. Today I chose chocolate chip cookies and a soda. Don't want to spoil my appetite because I'm meeting my Son for dinner when he gets off work.

I used to buy my son a cookie every time we came to the mall from here. I needed change for $1 and I was told they couldn’t open their cash drawer. Interesting it was during business hours. They suddenly can’t do any transactions? I went next door and bought a milkshake where they were able to open their cash drawer. It was the best milk shake I have ever had. I guess I’ll be shopping there from now on for our mall treats. ‍ ?

Very disappointed. I drove 30 minutes to buy cookies for Teacher Appreciation and got there first thing in the morning when they should have been plenty to choose from and they had 2 trays of double stuffed out. I asked for plain sugar cookies and they didn't even have that. And they especially didn't have the cute teacher appreciation cookie bouquets that they are advertising.
