Zachary at the drive through is the definition of supreme customer service. He’s the only one that is smiling , engaging and so so respectful. He’s the reason I come to this location!! He deserves recognition and praise . !!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Food is good. Window service is awful. You have to repeat the order most of the time. It is difficult to understand the person taking the order. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
I never had a worse experience at bojangles. Might I mention I eat at bojangles all over NC at a minimum 5 meals a week. My only complaint prior to today was the inconsistency in cooking the French fries. However, today my wife and I stopped at the Richlands location on our way to raliegh. We walk in and are fourth in line. Cashier is doing a great job at taking their orders. Right when it’s our turn to place our order the manager comes up to give the first person in line a refund because of a miscommunication. The manager never even acknowledged us about having to do a refund and it would be a minute which should have been a sign to go ahead and leave. After she completed the refund and the customer walked away, she then proceeds to let employees in through the side door and assist them with the clocking in process. After completing that task, she walks back and disappears for 2-3 mins. Also the original cashier has disappeared since the manager took over the register. By this time there are 5 different groups of customers behind us. The manager returned with a cash drawer and put it in the register. Grabbed some receipts and then disappeared again not acknowledging a single customer. At this point we have been in line for 20 mins just to try to get our order placed. At that point it was a waste of my time and we left. I would have waited an hour if the manager would have even acknowledged our existence but that was too much to ask for today. I feel bad for the young employees under her learning her bad examples of customer service. I’ve always raved to everyone how bojangles staff is the best in the industry! I still won’t stop eating bojangles 5 times a week but I’ll never visit this location again. Thanks for your time!
