We ordered takeout from this restaurant last night, and our driver had to wait an unusually long time because the staff seemed unwilling to assist him.

The staff at this location are quite friendly, but there tends to be a long line during lunchtime. They prioritize online orders, which can slow things down. Unlike some other Chipotles that have a separate prep area for online orders, this one does not. As a result, the line often stretches to the door, so be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes during busy times. However, the employees really put in the effort to serve customers as quickly as possible.

They prioritize online orders way too much over the people who actually come in. Manager needs an intro class on food service management. Not exaggerating the line moved at 1 person ever 4 minutes. It was very aggravating to watch them make 8,9 online orders in between every person in line as the picture shows. If you can't cater to your in person guests, shut the online orders down or minimize the amount that come in so that your staff can keep up with both. Or close your doors to in person orders. Otherwise it's very frustrating for everyone patiently waiting. Oh, and this was at 1:45pm I got my food at 2:30pm.
