Whataburger - Richardson

Favorite fast food burger joint. I totally missed them outside of Tx.. their food is always good and the burgers have not decreased in circumference like other fast food chains without you noticing. Their fries are awesome, the party melt as well astheir limited time burgers. I.e. bacon blue cheese burger.

I've visited this location twice and the meat on my double whataburger definitely wasn't cooked to order. It was barely warm, and dry as if it had been cooked earlier. The girl serving at the window looked unhappy as well.

I just received my order, and my avocado bacon burger was missing the avocado. Additionally, my husband's Dr Pepper had no syrup in it.

This order pickup returned to the previous standards; everything I ordered was in the bag! There wasn't a single item missing or incorrectly charged. Great improvement! The hamburger tasted fresher, too.

I tried the new chili burger without onions and opted for corn chips on the side. It was amazing—definitely the best burger I've had on their menu! Although the drive-thru had a long line, it moved quickly because they had someone taking orders for the outer lane and another person for the inner lane. The chocolate shake I ordered could have used a bit more chocolate, as I could hardly taste it.
