Bidrage med feedbackFirst time in here and it wasn?t bad but I paid $10.99 for an açaí bowl and it tasted like freezer burned fruit. Then they chopped up this sad looking banana on top of it. Didn?t taste fresh and that is important to me.
I?ve always enjoyed coming here for the smoothies and great customer service. And the grand reopening did not disappoint. In addition to the smoothies and customer service, the atmosphere was electric. The updated decor was inviting and afforded me theopportunity to sit and enjoy my smoothie versus just getting it and immediately getting back into my car. Bonus points for thekiddie cup!!!! I?ll definitely be returning.
As a local patron of the shopping area where the Smoothie Factory is located, I genuinely want to support local businesses. Unfortunately, today, my family and I were left disappointed. This was our second visit; while the smoothie was enjoyable during our first experience, the service was quite poor. I decided to give it another chance, thinking the older woman serving us might just have been having a bad day. However, our experience today was even less welcoming. Upon entering, we were not greeted, and the staff didn't even make eye contact while we were ordering. When I inquired about the watermelon festival poster, it was difficult to understand her response due to her dismissive attitude and the way she spoke. It’s a perfect example of how great products can be overshadowed by subpar service.
The staff member was unsure how to process my gift card. After I requested help three times, he finally called someone over who was able to assist. However, he didn't apologize for the inconvenience or for making me wait for 30 minutes.
I visited this restaurant a few weeks ago and really enjoyed their smoothies. What impressed me even more was the option to order an assorted fruit boutique and have it delivered. That definitely gets a plus from me!
