Dining here is consistently enjoyable, and we appreciate the variety of options available. They do have a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine, but it hasn't been fully operational for the past year, offering very few soda choices. While the staff is willing to provide a 16-ounce bottle, the selection is also quite limited. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.

I've visited this restaurant five times in the past four months, and overall, it's been a positive experience. We've sampled a variety of bowls, all of which were delicious, well-portioned, and served promptly. The staff is consistently polite, and the establishment appears clean. The only downside I can mention is that they occasionally add a bit too much salt to their chips. Overall, I would rate the food as 5 out of 5.

The customer service was disappointing, and the portions were small. I requested a small queso on the side with the chips that came with my bowl for $3.69, but I ended up being charged $5.49 for chips and queso instead. I will not be returning!

I started thinking it's something really out of this place. This is my third time writing a review of my experience that is always terrible! In the paying customer I don't understand why I can't get a simple service. I asked about chips queso with the drink, which is 3.00 why I was charged 10.00. Paying on my bowl... So when I asked what the additional fee, he said the salsa on my bowl is not free.... How long have you been paying for it??? Are you kidding? I told him I didn't want the order anymore. The queso chips I understand, but salsa no. I probably won't come back here. This place should be switched off.

Very rude, small portions and tells you you can’t get sauce on the side and gives you the smallest scoop of rice. very horrible experience, seemed very upset to even take my order. I came in at 1:09 and didn’t leave until 1:45 my break is from 1-2 i spent the whole thing waiting for the register to work. most customers were walking out due to the wait. no one apologized or anything, so now i can’t even eat because it’s a 10 min drive back to work and I don’t leave until 6 what a waste. Im so upset i can’t even express my level of anger. no one even tried to explain apologize this is crazy.
