Pollo Regio - Richardson

Out of all the Pollo Regio I have been to, this was the far worst establishment I ever been too. The establishment was 50/50 clean. The sauces stand was like its been there for awhile, not really fresh. Some of the employees were nice and some had an attitude. Maybe they were having a bad day. Even though if it were they shouldn't let it effect their work. The food wasn't even hot nor I don't think it was fresh either. I order the carnes asada baked potato. Never seen a baked potato that had nacho cheese mixed with mozzarella cheese or I think it was mozzarella cheese. The carnes asado was cold it wasn't hot nor fresh like it supposed to be. It kind of taste funny, the potato the same. I didn't eat the potato. I did try to get their attention about the food but either they ignore me or just busy. I would had given them higher stars but this was unpleasant experience. I would come back if they correct the mistake and if not I won't be coming back and surely wouldn't be recommending to anyone to come to this establishment.

The worst location to go to spent over$60 the chicken was way to dry. No seasoning at all it did not taste like your typical Pollo Regio Chicken I will never give spend another dime at this place don't waste your time or money to mention they forgot to give me my rice beans what a joke

This is the best grilled chicken in Dallas. Try the green sauce. I once new of a lady worth about 100 million who catered a party with this very chicken.

Usually this is me and my daughters favorite place to go. But this time the chicken was really dry. We never ate at this location before. But like always the rice was delicious. That's our favorite part!!
