La Casita Bakeshop - Richardson

This has become a Sunday staple…. The pork belly sandwich and Nashville hot chicken sandwich is quite possibly one of the best sandwiches I have had respectively. Not to mention the favorites are the pastries. The churro cruffin is a must have. They do have shorter hours during the week day and menu varies a little. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is homey, catch up with old friends vibe.

Due to our recent visit to the La Casita in Rowlett, we decided to go to the OG La Casita in Richardson and were we absolutely thrilled that we did!! Freaking mind blow by it's scrumptious pastries, roomy and inviting atmosphere, stellar high octane coffee and first class customer service. All I can say is no matter where you live in the Metroplex this is THE BEST BAKERY to go to!!

Interior is lovely, but the real attraction is the baked goods. They're delicious, beautiful and fresh. It is a little pricey, but it's a great idea for a special occasion.

If you can get there on a Saturday or Sunday for their pastries, do it! Their pastries are so worth the wait and they also have so many options with a seasonal menu. We really loved their churro cruffin and horchata cold brew!

Visited last Saturday morning. What a find for baked goods the Sourdough is the best I’ve ever had along with the Monkey bread. Ordered some of the other backed food and each have been exceptional. Don’t miss the chicken pharm sandwiches they offer as it is now my favorite sandwich in Dallas. Very lucky to have this in Dallas metro. We will be back weekly now.
