The best food was okay, the service and the atmosphere at this point is a joke. Managers and employees rude and unattended to guest. Will never visit this place again, or other KFCFood: 3/5

Food is never fresh. Staff are going crazy when you ask for fresh food. Staff don't wear gloves. I saw an employee picking up chicken and putting it in the customer box with her name hands. When she noticed that I saw her, she didn't throw away the food and remake it away to give it to the customer. When I asked her to wear gloves, she got a setting and I went somewhere else to eat. Beware of eating here

I went today (Nov 29. 2022) asked Halal Huhn and Manager said that this place did not serve Halal Huhn. I showed him online information about location in Richardson he said to use this location half year ago, but no more He also said he will call to confirm if he has the right information. After his call he repeated that it was not halal food at this point. So we left without kfc I really think that the owner should buy some characters and post it at its locations to eliminate this conversation. By the way, this place was super dirty, soda section was dirty,ThanksBuyer from Oklahoma

Waited 10 minutes while they also wait a few pick-up orders third-party service drivers filled). When I finally give my order, he says it will be at least 15 minutes to make more original. They had not given time from Crispy either) and they were from Pot Pies. So they didn't have me coming in. This was around 5:45 and you would think that they added chicken on hand for dinner haste, not mentioning pot Pies). I went to another KFC that was brilliant).

I order a 2pc mixed meal with a crispy breast and crispy thigh w/ strawberry drink and what I received was 2 thighs one that was so crispy it tasted like I was chewing rocks and the other half cooked and was soggy when you bit into it. My fries were cold and not fresh like it was there since the day before. And the only good thing about the meal was my drink cause I was super thirsty but was served with no ice. Horrible experience and horrible meal!?
