Below 40 Fresh Kitchen - Richardson

Bowl is loaded with rice and rice. There is only a small amount of salmon. I am disappointed with the quality. Pro, they have good atmosphere for a studying spot.

The only thing I want to say is that they do not leave a tip in that restaurant, all the tips are kept by the owner and are not distributed to any employee.

I really wanted to enjoy this! I love a good poke bowl but the portions were extremely small and bite sized. I asked for small amount of brown rice and it was full of rice and little on toppings so be specific when building your order. Flavors were great but it was very small portions and heavy on rice.

We were looking for a quick, healthy, fast casual place in Richardson.Found Below 40, right off of 75 in a little strip mall (lots of parking). The restaurant has plenty of seating and can even host groups up to 8! The service was quick.The poke was delicious! Wish they had a bit more topping like the other reviewers have said!
