Sonic Drive-in - Rice

30 for a few burgers. This is NOT fast food. Drive past this place.

Girl was nice food just was nasty French fries were cold. Burger was cold.

Stopped by on my way to a job two weeks ago and ordered a number 1 with a cherry limeade. The burger was so foul I had to spit out the 1st bite. I called to tell them to check the meat and was rudely asked what I meant. I explained again and again a rude comment and placed on hold for a manager. I did not want another one and asked if I could just get 2 corn dogs instead, but I wouldn't be able to come back just yet as I was on my job site. The lady on the phone informed me they were going to go ahead And drop the corn dogs right then. Frustrated, I just took a loss on the money and told her nevermind I didn't want another crummy order or cold stale food. Customer service definitely lacks right along with the food quality. I've worked- and still do in the food industry for half my life and am floored by the way this sonic runs things. For sure will not be back to the Rice location.

Great customer service, fast delivery, and the gas station attendant was excellent, as well. Very pleasurable experience.

They tried their best but I waited over 15 minutes for a chili cheese coney hotdog i ordered online. It's chaos in there but they really tried. I hope this place gets help.
