Jamba - Rialto

The young lady passed over my order and took four customers. The young lady who took my order prepared my smoothie. She also apologized for her coworker. That's really sad. I guess ignorance is bliss.

Todays Employee has poor communication skills. Dry energy with one establishment. You could tell it lacks a good manager who understands how to create a warm welcoming uplifting environment for customers to feel like there at the right place.

Came to this Jamba Juice but they don't have any frozen yogurt or raspberry sherbet. Really? I was really thirsty so the employee made me a drink with strawberries and bananas with blended ice. I guess I'm used to drinking this yogurt. It tastes a bit more bland. Still, it's refreshing.

The only thing that sucks about this place is they are always out of strawberries and bananas I always get the chunky strawberry bowl and I'm always told they are out of strawberries or bananas or both. And I never go later. They are always out by 2 if not before. Why not get more of the popular fruits. This is the 4th time I've been just to this location. I've been to others plenty of times and I haven't been told this.

Very disappointed this location shows on the mobile app they carry their oatmeal bowl! This morning 06/23/22 I skipped breakfast to stop by for their oatmeal bowl before work unfortunately when I arrived hungry after my morning workout I was told they don’t carry oatmeal bowls just how it shows on their mobile app for this exact location seems like there’s a lack of communication between corporate and this location never again I will be deleting your app from my phone
