Blaze Pizza - Rialto

I went on a Tuesday afternoon, so it wasn't full, and on arrival nobody greeted us. It probably took about 3 minutes before someone came from behind and asked us to wait. The initial greeting is always huge for me, which tells you what to expect. They wanted us the wrong order, but it was different from the big clean room with good food. Service can be a happy atmosphere.

Had one of their papers to go thinly encrusted pizzas so it wasn't until we went home and discovered that the whole center was uncooked and raw by him. Love this Pizza bar! It?s like a salad bar but with all the pizza ingredients you want. I usually go there to grab a take out after work. Place is usually pretty busy on Friday and Saturday nights.
