Rude staff. Used to enjoy going here and was dog friendly. Avoid.

The bar staff are friendly and always ensure that guests aren't left waiting for service. There is a spacious outdoor area perfect for relaxing outside, which is also smoker-friendly. Additionally, the large and functional space upstairs adds to the overall experience.

"Hero's is a jumble sale on Fridays, but despite the ongoing roadwork, the pub maintains a warm atmosphere. There's a lively vibe with games like darts available on Thursdays. It's a great place to enjoy a fantasy sports game as well. The bar staff are friendly and attentive, making sure you can catch all the action, including support for the women's team."
