We ate at the restaurant. Service was quick and friendly. Food was delicious! The only negative thing was the delivery drivers kept on leaving the door open and it was freezing and wet! Other than that we would come back here.

I ordered a meal for my mum and I for mother 's day as an early treat but a few minutes after placing it the order got cancelled. I phoned them to find out why that was the case and apparently there were road closures stopping them from coming here so I had a look at the journey from them to us and there was nothing stopping them at all. After having a look I phoned them back to tell them that there isn 't an issue with road closures but I got told that they were then busy. We said we were happy to wait so he said to give a call back in 10 minutes. 15 minutes later we phoned them back and oh what an absolute shocker, another excuse.... this time even worse! We got told that the drivers couldn 't be bothered which is why the order was originally cancelled. I 'm honestly appalled at the lack of customer service this place has to offer. I 'd suggest not wasting your time here. After all of this, it 's too late for me to eat something so thank you guys, really appreciate it :

I recently ordered takeout from Red Rose and felt compelled to write a review, as it was one of the worst takeout experiences I've had. The food was abundant but lacked flavor, resulting in most of it going uneaten and ultimately being thrown away. I only managed to eat a portion of it due to hunger. Spending £20.00 on this disappointing meal felt like a waste, especially in these challenging times. I will not be ordering from or visiting Red Rose again, as I was left extremely disappointed.

I attempted to order takeout through their website, but encountered issues. Upon visiting the restaurant in person, I discovered that the prices were higher than expected. Despite my food being prepared promptly and the portions being generous, I found the flavors to be average. However, I was disappointed to receive a Mexican tortilla instead of the chapati that I had ordered. As someone familiar with both items, I am aware of the distinction between the two. It is unacceptable for an Indian restaurant to serve a substitute and present it as the authentic dish.

On Monday, August 8th, we had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was poor, with only one man handling all the greeting, waiting, and serving. He was rude, abrupt, and not welcoming at all. The soft drinks were flat, likely because they were poured from plastic two-liter bottles. The food was disappointing, with greasy naan bread and a tasteless vindaloo that was overly spiced. The restaurant was nearly empty, which is no surprise given our experience. Overall, our bill came to £115 for four people, and I do not plan on returning. I suggest others avoid this place as well. I considered complaining to the staff member, but his attitude was dismissive and I felt it would be a waste of time.
