Pagoda - Rhondda Cynon Taf

Best food in town, always tasty and hot. Staff are brilliant and so helpful even when it's busy. I've been ordering from here for a long time and never had a complaint.

Ordered at 7.20pm through just eat, just eat was showing delivery within 30-55 mins( I expected an hour due to it being a Saturday night). We rang at 9pm as no food had yet arrived.. The lady on the phone went to check and explained the order was with the driver, not ideal but was greatfull it was on the way. 9.50pm still no food. Once again rang, the lady rang all the drivers and none of them had our order.. needless to say I had a refund and called it quits. I'm not annoyed the order was lost as I know things happen. I'm annoyed that at no point was a gesture of goodwill offered. Other than my food can be cooked fresh and be at my door within 20 mins still at my cost.

Purchased a take away meal from Pagoda restaurant on 31st October 2020. It was delivered about 19.30. I ate my meal and could feel a hair in my mouth I pulled it out of my mouth and vommitted my food. It was a long blonde hair. I telephones Pagoda and the reply I received to my complaint is that it didn 't come from their staff because they all have dark hair. I explained I have short hair and the lady who answered the phone told me what do you expect us to do. Send us the hair and we 'll tell you it isn 't ours . I explained this was more worrying as the hair was embedded in my food which therefore meant the hygiene of their premises was a concern. Manager refused to come to the phone and staff were unapologetic I don 't recommend this restaurant

Went here the other day had some lovely food, cooked on time and piping hot? Would definitely recommend this place?

I my parents ordered food at 6.30pm lastnight, they phoned and phoned and no answer. My dad went down there, no one there. 10.30 come still no food. 7.30am the next morning, still no food! Quick enough taking people’s money. Absolutely disgusting. Not to mention the stuff I’ve heard the last few weeks. You need to be closed down. I will never order from this place again nor will my family
