Mcdonald's - Rhondda Cynon Taf

Waited for my receipt from the never working terminals and staff too busy to help. Thankfully the lady clearing the floor and tables WAS helpful

Went with my 3yr old grandson who is very active. I missed my order number and the staff were great, looked up my order and then brought it to the table without me asking. Was in a bit of a rush and the staff just told me to leave all our leftovers and rubbish for to clean up. All very helpful and friendly !

We went twice. The meal at 1pm was excellent and correct even though it was extremely busy. When we returned at 4:30 with our grandson the meal was completely wrong. He ordered a plain chicken burger and it had cheese and bacon on top which he can’t eat. The lovely lady staff changed it. The cup of tea and coffee were both tepid. The berry muffin my husband ordered didn’t arrive but a sugar donut did.

Absolutely appalling service drive through for fast food 1 hour wait. Shocking even going in to check on order made no difference 1 hour later and still having to get out of car keeping in mind this is DRIVE THROUGH. never do you get to drive through it’s always drive place your order then park up and wait but 1 hour!!! So angry don’t worry though if you order by Uber eats or deliveroo your sure to jump any front of house queue. No apology no refund for delay in wait disgusting service

Terrible food and service. My partner and I had cold food after a 30 minute wait, more concerned with Just Eat orders than people waiting, lady in front of me waited 45 minutes for a drink and an ice cream, never go there again and advise all to avoid it where possible.
