I had a wonderful experience! You would never guess there's a restaurant in the walk-out basement of someone’s home. Upon entering, you’re transported into a charming upscale bistro. The food is fantastic, and the beverage service is excellent as well. I highly recommend this place; they made my birthday dinner truly memorable! Thank you, Chef! Absolutely fantastic! Chef Daniel truly excels, delivering an amazing array of local dishes and flavors. The waitress, whose name I unfortunately can't recall, was energetic and added so much enjoyment to our experience. My friend and I had dinner with my parents, and we couldn't have had a better time. This quaint and cozy little restaurant is tucked away off the main path. It features a unique and diverse menu, with just six tables set in a charming basement. You can access the place through a ground-level entrance at the back of the building. Both the food and service were exceptional. Definitely worth a visit!

I've known Chef Daniel for quite some time, so you might expect that this review would be biased in his favor. However, if I hadn't been genuinely impressed by the meal, I wouldn't say anything at all. I hadn't returned to the Tasting Room since the pandemic, but knowing and loving everything Danny cooks, I had high expectations—especially for his Ramen. The layers of flavors are simply exquisite. The broth is complex and tells a story of its own. Eating this dish is a journey that reveals various intricacies. From the rich broth to the quality of the noodles and the beautiful toppings that adorn the dish, each element plays its part. The chili oil offers a warm, soulful experience with flavors that are hard to pin down—it's multi-dimensional and far more than just spicy. The Bao Buns that kick off the meal are so delicious that I hesitate to describe them, fearing I might go overboard with compliments. This Ramen is truly a labor of love from Chef Daniel.
