Ice Cream Rollery - Reynoldsburg

I had a great experience when I visited this restaurant. The staff was very friendly and made me the best ice. The kids enjoyed it too, especially seeing their names written on the ice! I also appreciated that they had vegan options, which many ice stores do not have. I will definitely be back!

Once we came in, we were told that they were supported with online orders and we had to wait at least 20 minutes just to submit our order. one of the servers prepared another job order before us. she continued to eat it before us and sat there before our order was even tended. super dissatisfied with the job setting, but we have our ice.

I ordered a Nutella egg roll that was disappointing. It only had a small amount of Nutella spread on top, and the ice cream was vanilla. To make things worse, they used Walmart brand Nutella which was visibly different from the original. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The ice cream at this place is top-notch! The service was fantastic and the staff was extremely friendly. Will definitely be returning.

I usually go to the one on Morse due to it being closer but tonight I placed online and they canceled my order as they didn’t have the ingredients as they are always out of product so google maps showed me this location it’s about 25mins from my house but it’s very nice and clean they have some games to entertain the kids and service was fast and efficient. The two men that were there tonight was very nice, very talkative which makes you feel welcome even with them making my big order they still interacted with the other guest as well to keep them happy while they waited. I definitely will be coming back to this location again
