However, the first floor is accessible and has a decent bathroom.

Popular spot, a fast-serving traditional Icelandic restaurant with fair prices. I recommend the lamb shank and lamb soup, which come with excellent bread. There are heaters on the terrace and two floors of seating inside, so there is plenty of space and reservations are not really necessary. Definitely recommended.
